By default, the application runs free of charge in one interval mode. A free trial period is available to evaluate the functionality of the professional version. You can purchase the paid version either by subscription or by using a one-time payment.
To customize the intervals, you need to create your own workout. To do this, open Settings - Timer Type. Then click on the + in the upper right corner. In this section you will have the opportunity to specify the number of rounds, their duration and rest time. This feature is only available in the professional version.
Our app supports background work in both the free and professional versions. All you need to do is to allow push notifications to be sent to you after downloading the app. If for some reason you didn't do this right away, go to the app settings, select the "Work in background mode" menu item, and follow the instructions.
